Gumurr’manydji Manapanmirr Djäma

Project and exhibition curator Charmaine Ingram led the award- winning Gumurr’manydji Manapanmirr Djäma (Making Successful Business Together) photographic exhibition at the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory. Five East Arnhem Land communities were consulted on the ground with more than 90 Yolŋu community curators directly involved in the storytelling and family consents. The exhibition has been extended from 2022- 2025.

A virtual gallery was also created for accessibility and education resources were rolled out to all Northern Territory Schools for students to learn about Yolŋu history and culture.
